Primary Elements Mixed Media Tags

Happy New Year!  My first ColourArte video of 2017 will be making two tags with some really cool backgrounds on Prima packaging.  I am primarily using the Primary Elements Artist Pigments with The Solution and the Primary Elements Clear Glazing Medium.  A complete list of the supplies used can be found below.
