A Spooktacular Witch's Hat with ColourArte

Hi everyone!  Are you ready for Halloween?  If not, here is a witch's hat just waiting to be worn.  I used the beautiful ColourArte paints to give it the colors and textures that you see.  

And you can follow along with my video tutorial to see just how I made it.
